There already is Asterisk sounds in various languages and accents, I'm
guessing some of these might be licensed under a suitable license
already and perhaps the owners of the sound files under incompatible
licenses might be willing to release some/all for use.

Also are there any mp3s released under public domain or similar licenses
going to be suitable for inclusion as moh files?
