I just committed some changes to SVN, and I hope the DVI codec will now
work properly. It has never worked in accordance with RFC3551 in the
past. I messed up the changes to integrate the correct codec a few days
ago. I believe it should now be OK.

The Freeswitch guys started using this updated DVI codec last week, and
it seems to be OK for them. If I have fixed the integration issues for
CW, it should be OK for Callweaver too.
