It has never worked in accordance with RFC3551 in the past. I messed up the changes to integrate the correct codec a few days ago. I believe it should now be OK.
The Freeswitch guys started using this updated DVI codec last week, and it seems to be OK for them. If I have fixed the integration issues for CW, it should be OK for Callweaver too.
