everyone:
We have received over 40 unique logo submissions so far. While we didn’t
anticipate receiving more than a few logos, we are grateful for the
large effort you have all put into your designs.
The time has now come to choose a logo for the CallWeaver project. We
have quite a few logos to choose from, some only rough sketches. We will
therefore start to accept final submissions. You may send in your logos
as they are today, retouched, or completely new ideas.
The rules
* The logo MUST be given to the CallWeaver project for unlimited
use.
* All logos MUST be suitable for use in letterheads, website
headers as well as standalone. If your logo is not suitable for
both letterheads and standalone, you may also send a variant of
it (one logo for letterhead/website header and another for
standalone use). They MUST have the same theme.
* Each SVG file MUST contain only one logo (except those with a
variant).
* All logos MUST be sent to the email address below as SVG files
with the following file name: YYYYMMDD-YOUR_FULL_NAME-logoN.svg
where N is the number of your logo. Example:
20070428-John_Doe-logo1.svg
* All logos MUST be submitted before May 10 UTC.
* Each contestant MAY submit a maximum of 3 logos, each of these 3
may also contain a letterhead/standard variant.
* The logo SHOULD have a theme of one or more of the following
keywords: CALL, WEAVE, SPEECH, COMMUNICATION, PHONE
ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE EMAILED TO [EMAIL PROTECTED] BEFORE MAY 10
UTC!
Due to the extremely long time the public name vote for CallWeaver took,
we are going to do things a little different this time. There will be no
public voting. The developers will settle on the final logo sometime
after May 10.
The winner will be announced on the website and will receive an
undisclosed amount of glory and honour!
