Hi all,

Some people have reported quirky behaviour when sending FAXes from
certain machines using ECM to the T.38 termination feature of
callweaver/spandsp. This is due to those FAX machines starting their
image modem, and then taking a very long time to actually start sending
the image data. They are doing nothing wrong, but things time out in
spandsp before the first image data arrives. I have reworked how spandsp
handles these things. The latest snapshot should be happy for a long
pause before image data, provided the initial indication of the carrier
signal arrives in good time.

Can anyone who has experienced this kind of quirky behaviour give the
latest snapshot a try?

Steve
