You might try something like the following:
--enable-mysql=yes --with-cdr_mysql=yes
you also might try looking at the defaults in "./configure --help",
which would have yielded something like the following days ago:
--with-cdr_mysql Build and install cdr_mysql (default=no) (requires
--enable-mysql
