(didnt get to the mailinglist, doesnt matter.)

I commited r3257 to trunk which should let gcc find the headers on its
own, you probably dont need to supply the --with-misdn-headers= option
anymore.

However, you most likely will need to rerun ./bootstap.sh

If someone with autofoo clues reads this - please fix it, i only added
some convient workaround.
