Hi I've just switched from Asterisk 1.2 to Callweaver RC4 and so far it's all working surprisingly well. However, there's one nasty issue which I'm not able to nail down:
Incoming calls from whatever channel (Zap or SIP) are dialed through to my Zap channel with the DECT phone on it, but somehow the caller ID is not sent/received as before the switch. My phone shows the correct caller ID for a splitsecond, then switches to "Unknown" and stores two simultanous calls in the history (one with the correct caller ID, the other one with "Unknown"). The SIP softphone (XMeeting on my Mac) however is showing the following details (with 123456789 being the correct caller ID): Protocol: SIP Remote Address: "Unknown" <sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>;tag=as0084b196 Remote Number: Remote Application: bsipc The CDR log shows only one call with the correct caller ID. So I guess my phone (a Siemens Gigaset S450 IP) doesn't like the caller ID looking like this or maybe the Zapata driver sends two different ones. I don't really know how to debug Zapata issues as it simply worked fine up so far, so if anyone can give me a hint how to close in on a solution, you're very welcome. Many thanks, -sven _______________________________________________ Callweaver-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.callweaver.org/mailman/listinfo/callweaver-users
