The problem is that with the specific Media Gateway we're trying to get calls 
from, if FEC is mentioned in the reINVITE, it seems to get confused or 
something and simply reject the call. We've asked the manufacturer to check 
this issue, but we don't have an answer yet.

Now, since for incoming, we generate the fields of the INVITE and the T.38 
parameters, I figured that it should have been possible to choose what to put 
in the SDP.

Particularly, on incoming calls it's automatic.
On outgoing calls, the preferred behaviour is managed in udptl.conf.
