Hi,
Yes, context from mysql indeed works well if you do *not* have any domain=domain, context in your sip.conf .. So it seems that the global setting in sip.conf overrides anything regarding context in realtime tables. Shouldn't this be the other way around ? I have multiple ones as I want to enable (but am not yet successful) people dialing out to other VoIP providers and other providers able to dial my clients over IP. If a request comes in callweaver would need to know what domains it has, right ? People use different methods of calling out, depending on the context / country they are in. See below example... this is what sip show users shows: Username Secret Accountcode Def.Context ACL NAT 1988367995 xxxxxxxx suffree No Always But when I make a call, it uses the context (aglow) that is specified in sip.conf under the domain=sip.aglow.sg,aglow line. Shouldn't what is in realtime override what is in the domain= line? In asterisk(1.2.x) I do not have to specify a context behind the domain=, but CallWeaver ignores the line in sip.conf if it is not specified. Hope somebody can shed some light on this.... I am running yesterday's version. I'm not sure if I understand you correctly, but we're using cw with mysql realtime, and the 'context' column in my 'sipfriends' table defines the peer's context. this works well roy --- Roy Sigurd Karlsbakk [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tlf: 98013356 --- "Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we.
