Hi I'm on CallWeaver from SVN rev 4245. Although I haven't changed much recently, I'm getting a lot of jitter when placing calls with SIP.
When I place a call to a remote SIP-2-POTS-gateway, sometimes the connection is fine then degrades, sometimes the jitter is there from the start. And it's only incoming audio that's scratchy, outgoing seems to be okay. It happens no matter which SIP gateway I'm using and no matter whether I call from a softphone or my Zaptel. I've even tried two different ADSL modemrouters. So I'm down to two causes - as far as I can tell: Either my ISP is screwing up somewhere or there's something fishy with CallWeaver. However, I don't really know what to do next in order to further narrow down the cause of this jitter. Any hints or tipps are very welcome!
