No, Callweaver is a replacement for Asterisk. It is based originally
on a fork from the Asterisk 1.2 code base. It does offer superior
support for T38 fax stuff based on the work of Steve Underwood.
Could it be configured to be used with trixbox or freepbx ?
Don't know about that. Don't use those personally.
