We are using a recent version of callweaver 1.2 (from SVN), built with debuild and therefore whatever configure options are the default in debian/rules. This created a /usr/lib/callweaver/modules/chan_capi.so which loads and works flawlessly with our AVM B1 card. I did not have to install any extra module for this. I hope this helps, -Waba.
