Hi, We have found out what the problem was. It ended up that the sounds folder was not being pointed to correctly in callweaver.conf. What this caused to happen was Voicemail failed when executed (no startup sounds), and it somehow caused a mis-formed SIP message to be sent out, which caused the 416 error message from the handset. Quite bizarre and had to be something basic.
