Hello,


Our company is having a problem with Callweaver disconnecting a call before the 
training process begins.  We have recently upgraded to the latest version of 
Callweaver.  We are running Callweaver on CentOS 5.1.  What could be causing 
the call to disconnect before the training process.  Below is an excerpt of a 
Ethereal Capture.  As soon as the other side says "DCS start training," 
Callweaver on our side says "disconnect."  What could be causing this to happen?
