We're using an AudioCodes MP-112 that acts as the adapter. Been a bear to get working. I will try that. We are pretty much sold on this. We've run several hundred faxes through it and had about three failures. The KEY is make sure your VOIP supplier supports T.38 and you have lots of bandwidth. We have four major suppliers and only one did and then only with wholesale accounts. Also, we have a 20MB pipe onto the backbone which helps with reliability. If you don't have T.38, everything I've read is that you won't get it to work. I'd like to see how you do it if you're successful. Anyways did you change "serveremail=" in voicemail.conf? It's still coming in as CID of "callweaver".....' The strange part is this: ${CALLERID(num)}) in the incoming dialplan is what is returning "callweaver". When we have one callweaver fax to another, the incoming CID name is set to "callweaver". Where can we set that? Thanks! T
