Dear Sir   I'm sorry to tell you the true if I'm not a Khmer or Cambodian extremist I would not be alive until today to talk or write this page to you. I told to my friends and colleges that when the Khmer Rouge will have their victory, they kill all of us living in Phnom Penh or in the provincial towns/ My friends didn't believe me saying if they had kill ed all of us who will be able to help to bu id the country divested by the war. My friends and my colleges were at that time  were the hihgt anking officers, politicans, doctors, professors at universities. They were very optimists.
