Dear Meeng Ry,

I never take ESL language, that's why. When I was a kid in the camp, they
sent me to ETL (English Third Language) by mistake and I got all mixed up
since then. I only learn "Kess ke le reek skuy ruy rom oang" and "Hasta la
vista baybee" (isn't that English with Schwarzeneger's accent?). And I met
Khun, he taught me to sing "Tombé le teuk kork" song. When I arrived in Ké
Bech, my language teacher likes to "Chhbech thpoal" students, so I thought
the place is called "Ké Chhbech". Finally, I ran away to Mejico as an
illegal migrant worker: cutting grass, doing painting, picking vegetables. I
learn Spanish while waiting in front of Casa Deposito looking for work. But
don't ask me where Mejico is, someone told me it's between Arizona and
Tejas.

Anyway, Meeng, now you know why I always spell strong (oops sorry could it
be "wrong" instead?).

Best regards Meeng Yeay Chè Khmuoy,

Your chao soy tree, MP
PS: Did I tell you also I used to walk in front of Lycée Voleur (Lycée
"choar" but some say it's called Lycée Vol-tère) in P. Penh? It's right in
front of Tan Pa building (I won't tell you what that place is though).
