WHILE CAMBODIA REMAINS OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM AGAINST 10 UN RESOLUTIONS. US Pacific Fleet commander to visit Vietnam Commander of the US Pacific Fleet, Admiral Robert F. Willard, will arrive in Hanoi today on an official visit to Vietnam, the US Embassy said in a statement. Willard is expected to meet and exchange with officials from the Ministry of Defense on regional and international issues of mutual interest. He will also meet with the media this evening. Admiral Robert F. Willard has been in charge of the Pacific Fleet – the largest fleet in the world – since May 2007. The Pacific Fleet comprises 180 ships, 1,500 fighter planes and 125,000 sailors, marines and servicemen.
