WHILE CAMBODIA REMAINS OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM AGAINST 10 UN RESOLUTIONS.
VIETNAM INVASION & OCCUPATION OF CAMBODIA IS CONDEMNED:Oct. 21, 1986 The UN 
General Assembly adopted a resolution A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 
abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.
D. IT WAS CONDEMNED BY AMERICA UNDER PRESIDENT REAGAN :
America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia Independence .President Reagan's 
address to the 43d Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, 
New York . September 26, 1988. "Mr. Secretary-General, there are new hopes for 
Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and independence we seek just as avidly as we 
sought thefreedom and independence of Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of 
all Vietnamese troops ...."
CHEATING system "Made in China " based on bribery and smuggling APRIL 1955 at 
Bandoeung Indonesia,FM Chou Enlai had bribed King Sihanouk with One house in 
Beijing and free chinese health care in exchange for the Khmer leaders to 
support the NVN/VC troops to station on the soil of Cambodia and fight the US 
troops in Vietnam. 
-In 1978 , Vietnam had invaded and occupied Cambodia 1978-2007 and China does 
nothing. 
CLASH OF CHINESE CULTURE & Khmer Angkor Wath culture. Chinese culture of 
cheating & bribery brought to Cambodia 1955-2008
. Khmer culture teaches us all : do not steal, do not lie But the Chinese 
introduced to Cambodia from 1955-2008 are a sophisticated culture of cheating. 
The Chinese practices and systems such as : -smugllings -cheating, -robbings, 
-Taxes evasion and -bribery.

    A meeting between a Chinese delegation of Kwang Dong People's Assembly led 
by Mrs. Lin Hui Su, Permanent Committee Member and Director General for 
Education, Culture and Health Commission with the Cambodian National Assembly's 
Commission for Youth, Education, Sports, Religions, Culture and Tourism led by 
its Chairman H.E Mom Chum Huy was held in Phnom Penh on November 4, in which 
the talks focused on the cooperation and experiences' exchange between the two 
legislative bodies.
