Medvedev submits bills extending presidential, parliamentary office Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has submitted to the State Duma draft laws that extend office of the president from four to six years and office of the parliament from four to five years, the Kremlin press office said on Tuesday. As of today,Cambodia is still occupied by the Vietnamese troops despite the call from the US president to Vietnam to cease her occupation of Cambodia since 1988.
