IN VIETNAM THE BUILDINGS ARE UNIFORM,WHILE IN CAMBODIA , THE CHINESE HAVE
IMPLANTED THEIR UGLY STYLE ,COLOR, AND CULTURE IN PHNOM PENH LANDSCAPE AND
ACROSS CAMBODIA ?
WORSE ,The Chinese firms are skilled in looting...( see this report to the
Cambodian National assembly by NGO:Mr Sok Hach. In his report sent to the
National Assembley, he says that an estimate 1200 chinese /viet firms are
cheating Taxes.The Cambodian Government may lose $ 400 million US dollar a
year.The Chinese have introduced to Cambodia from 1955-2008, their
sophisticated cheating practices and systems such as
:-smugllings-cheating,-robbings,-Taxes evasion and-bribery.

Ministry drafts bill for progressive tax on property
The Ministry of Finance says it is working on a land and housing tax bill that
will impose progressive taxes on those who own large amounts of property.
The law, to be submitted for approval next year, is expected to curb
speculation in real estate and help complete a legal framework to create
transparency and stability to aid the market’s sustainable development.
In a report released at a financial conference on December 3, the ministry
admitted the property market’s development has been somewhat unplanned and
unhealthy.
The ministry said it would focus on amending legal documents to speed up issue
of land use rights to increase the land traded on property trading floors.
It would encourage the use of land for construction, boosting economic
development.
Furthermore, it said, the public disclosure of urban development plans and what
the land would be used for are vital for improving the transparency in the
market

Jan. 11, 1979 The UN Security Council agreed, over the objections of the Soviet
Union and Czechoslovakia, to let Prince Norodom Sihanouk present a demand for
the withdrawal of Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.
The Vietnamese communists , the Chinese friends, continued to disobey the UN
resolutions:Oct. 21, 1986 The UN General Assembly adopted a resolution
A/RES/41/6, by vote of 116-21 with 13 abstentions, calling for a withdrawal of
Vietnamese forces from Cambodia.As of today, Cambodia is still occupied by the
Vietnamese troops despite the call from the US president to Vietnam to cease
her occupation of Cambodia since 1988. Cambodia needs Independence from Vietnam
and the Vietnamese invaders. America calls Vietnam to restore Cambodia
Independence .President Reagan's address to the 43d Session of the United
Nations General Assembly in New York, New York . September 26, 1988. "Mr.
Secretary-General, there are new hopes for Cambodia, a nation whose freedom and
independence we seek just as avidly as we sought thefreedom and independence of
Afghanistan. We urge the rapid removal of all Vietnamese troops ...."THE
CHINESE LEADERS REMAINS SILENT ON THIS ISSUE , ALLOWING THE VIETNAMESE TO
OCCUPY CAMBODIA AGAINST THE 10 UN RESOLUTIONS, WHILE CHINA HAS PROMISED
SIAHNOUK TO SUPPORT THE INDEPENDENCE OF CAMBODIA ?THE CHINESE COMMUNISTS
LEADERS ARE LIARS VIS A VIS THE CAMBODIAN PEOPLE.
NO THANKS TO THE CHINESE AID TO CAMBODIA AT THIS TIME.

Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Keat Chhun, Minister of Economy and
Finance hold a press conference upon the 2nd Cambodia Development Cooperation
Forum (CDCF) in Phnom Penh on December 5.
On the occasion, H.E. Keat Chhun told reporters that according to official
figure, Cambodia will receive US$ 951.5 million from donor countries for 2009
including US$ 257 million from China, US$ 214 million from EU and 113 from
Japan.
