Friends,
Everything that you said is valid. I feel the same way, but we must
acknowledge the fact that International donors are facing challenges from China
who continuously provides loans to Scambodia without string attached.
Therefore, it is obvious for the donors to raise the stake regardless of how
disappointed they are with all the broken promises. It has very little to do
with PM Hun Sen is convincing or not.
Cambodia, given time, will replace Thailand as Southeast Asian role model for
economic and political prosperity. Gradually emerging from the bottom of the
scale, PM Hun Sen has continue to bring Scambodia to a new milestone. Being an
ego-centric and opportunistic person, PM Hun Sen will open up his arms to all
generous donors and lenders. Unfortunately, our children and their children
will be the one to pay for those debts. But not worry, the falling price of
black gold will shave off a fraction of the debt. Our children will certainly
be enslaved to Cambodia's friends for decades to come - similary to our
priceless national monument (Angkor Wat) that is currently being leased out for
generations to come.

Dear All,
This week, the international aid donors conference has pledged $1 billion
in aid to Cambodia. Oppositions and human right organisations are not happy
that donors should give so much money to be handled by a corrupt regime who
broke its promises too many times. To find out why donors are giving so much
money to a corrupt regime like the Hun Sen regime please read the article below:
