Key responsibilities of the post:

�X      Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia reporting to the Country Manager and
Regional Dealership Development Managers,
�X      Responsible for developing a profitable facility managing all
business aspects of it through appropriate strategic advice,
procurement, diligence and monitoring, facilities managers secure
maximum value for the dealership
�X      To plans, implements and manages the sales programs activities and
initiatives of Chevrolet under limited supervision
�X      To manage all strategic, operational and administrative aspects of
the sales unit.
�X      To achieve annual sales targets
�X      To develop and implement an integrated range of sales concepts and
methodologies; plan and develop marketing and sales strategies
consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the business
�X      To oversee all facets of the daily operations of the organizational
unit, ensuring compliance with standards
�X      To provide market research and analysis; prepare research-based
reports and sales forecasts for the management
�X      To develop and manage annual sales and operating budgets, and
regularly monitor sales performance to budget parameters
�X      To assume responsibility for all publicity, advertising, direct
mail, catalogs, exhibits, awards, title sun-right activities, and
website management for the company.
�X      To perform direct customer sales in key areas; promote and maintain
customer relations with major accounts
�X      To represent the company at conferences, meetings, exhibits, and
other special events; promote new and existing programs and
initiatives
�X      To monitor a dales, marketing and after sales team for GM Dealership

Ideal candidates will possess:
*       Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
*       Excellent spoken and written English skills
*       Be able to communicate and motivate
*       Understands the principles product offer development, features-
benefits-solutions selling
*       Experience of managing sales unit is useful.
*       Must be adept in use of MS Office 2003 or later, particularly Excel
and Word, Internet and email
*       Able to understand profit and loss calculations and basic business
finance, gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation,
capital and revenue expenditure, cash flow, overheads, etc.
*       Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
*       Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts
customers and large contracts
*       Experience of tenders would also be useful
*       Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear
focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner
who critically assesses own performance
*       Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with senior company
executives  + Institutional ( US Army, United Nations etc)
*       Reliable, tolerant and determined
*       Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's
point of view
*       Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel up to a few days a month
*       Organized and methodical approach to problem solving.
