Dear All,Gen. Ke Kimyan, from Chea Sim's faction of the CPP, has been sacked by PM Hun Sen. Gen. Ke Kimyan's sacking has apparently been carried out with the aim of getting rid of Chea Sim's loyalists in order to weaken his power base within the CPP. The sacking is also aimed at strengthening Hun Sen's power base inside the CPP as all the new appointees are Hun Sen's loyalists. Is this sacking has anything to do with the internal power struggle between the Chea Sim's and Hun Sen's faction? I think it is. Please click below to read.
