Please, I prefer writing English instead of Khmer as it’s clearer, more precise and easier to understand. It’s really confusing that could make people quarrelling each other all the time when we speak or write Khmer.

Why donors are always giving a lot money every year to Cambodia under Hun Sen.’s rule even opposition’s party shouted loudly before Western public every time when there is donor meeting for giving money to Cambodia? Perhaps there is a U.S-European-Japan’s master plan for making Cambodia strong comparable to South Korea the next 20 years in the middle of 10 South east Asian (ASEAN) states so that 30-50 years later, example of Cambodia will spread and develop. all over.
