So you are saying that people from overseas gave money to those people
TO BE RICH?
It sounds like you really demean Cambodia at this time.
My friend,
Cambodia has come a long way. They are far better now than ever. It's
just like any other countries. There are poor, average, and rich
people. The difference is that the ratio of those classification
within their own society are different. Visit the South of America.
You will see how harsh people are living. Go to find poor people
there. That is the heartland of America.
However, Cambodians are still finding ways to rebuild their lives.
They are doing it very well. Only people like you mostly the oversea
people who love to put Cambodia down. There are thousands and
thousands of Cambodians in America are still living under poverty.
There are many Cambodian families are still on welfare roll. They are
not much different from many of those who live in Cambodia. A few
bunch living on the street of Phnom Penh doesn't tell the whole
picuture.
Many foreign investors have poured millions and millions of dollars
into the Cambodian economy. That money has create the possibility for
a new chapter now. Many poor people in rual areas work in factories
like garment factories unlike it used to be when they were trapped in
poverty from one generation to another. Khmer Rouge rhetoric made all
those things happen. In the past, those poor people were consigned to
their littla rice patties living day in and day out. Some were forced
to work as slaves of richer people. Today, there are still some of
those. However, there are more opportunities now. DON'T GIVE THESE
CRABS that Cambodia is worse than it used to be. This is a generation
of Cambodia. Oversea Cambodian are trying to move them back five
decades ago. What kind of animals are they?

How many of those compare to the population?
It's just like the rhetoric about people selling their children to sex
industries. How many of those in compare to the population?
You seem to picture Cambodia on that little tiny groups. Cambodia is
not that ugly. It may be worse than many countey around the world.
Yet, the Cambodian society is not as bad as you want us to believe.
Actually, you just want to demean Cambodia because you want to satisfy
your hate toward Cambodia.

My friend,
Many Cambodians work for their lives today. They don't really depend
on the money from the people outside the country. Stop demean
Cambodia. There are people who work so hard in garment industries to
help their families in the rual area. They sucrafice everything to
better their lives. They don't depend on the money from oversea.
Look, Sam Rainsy has been trying to make those industries harder so
investors would spend to more money to Cambodian workers. Before the
economy went down, investors in Cambodian garment industries start to
pull out of Cambodia because it become so expensive to do business in
Cambodia. Many of them moved their investment of Vietnam. Do you think
that is good for Cambodia. Shortly after, the economy went down as we
know. Today, most of garment industries have shut their doors in
Cambodia. What does that do to those poeple? Are they turning their
head to beg people in America for money?
NO, they find other ways to survive. STOP DEMEAN Cambodians.
