Sochua,

I am very proud of you and SRP as you speak out the mind of millions who wishes
to see politicians do more on issues for their sakes instead of fighting to
please their own personal feelings. We all are in the learning stage of
democracy and we need to educate each other of kindness and caring for our
unfortunates. Let's start from ourselves first.

Thanks
Raci

Dear friends,

On this very long journey that we have embarked together, we have one single
goal: see that our people and our nation are governed by the right leaders and
that we are all equal in reconstructing our nation.

We are in one boat, the same boat. We have a goal and it is a reacheable. We
have the full potentials to bring that boat to safe shores.

But the boat will not arrive to safe shores till we learn to trust each other
and to give each the full support.

And in addition to the trust and support, we need and we must respect each
other. Each one of us has his/her own style and we need to acknowledge that.

Let us stay focused and let us take the boat to safe shores and we will all be
able to say that we have done soemthing for our nation and that we have
fulfilled our duty.

I see too much negative comments and sometimes these comments point at
ourselves. Why are we so negative?

Personal feelings and comments are expressed, no problem with that but we need
to think more than once before we make these comments.

Today at the hearing I will fulfill my duty as a Khmer woman and as an elected
representative of the people. I will ldo my very best and if I fail to make the
point or omit a point, I can only say to you: please give constructive feedback.

I give full respect to our brothers and sisters who have fought with so much
courage and determination on the issue of sovereignity, Kampuchea Krom and
illegal immigration. We are in the same boat.

Today, other witnesses will take the stand and they will do their very best.
Please give them the same respect and trust and support.

My points will be part of other witnesses' testimony as we have agreed and we
have been asked to coordinate the points.

The Commission is about human rights and rule of law and not about anything
else. If we don't think clearly about the mission of the commission that we
will serve ourselves no gains.

For other issues that we wish to raise, there are oter commissions.

I am taking the time to respond to this exchange of messages that is generated
by the comments made public and the assumption made about me(and it is
regrettable) because I want us to focus and to stay focused.

As I said to Serey Rata: the government of Cambodia is very pleased to see
these types of public comments. let's be smarter than this.

Having said this, I pray from the bottom of my heart that the hearing today
will lead to some action.

I am in Washington D.C. not because I want to have a good time. I want nothing
more than going home and being with the people but work must be done here, at
this moment.

I am a million times grateful to all our compatriiots in the USA and around the
world for their love of the country, for their pride and for their support
given to us who fight inside. We must unite around the same issues. I thinkk
when time is spent on being negative, then time is wasted.

I will face jail and I have no reason to play around this issue but to defend
what millions of our people can not do: getting justice.

May we reach safe shores.

In solidarity,
Mu Sochua,MP

Dear lok phaown Sourn Serey Ratha,

May I say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Dr. Nicol Ung, Dr. Phan Buy
Hak, Mr. Mong Heng, Mr. Mike Beng and other Khmers/foreigners and especially to
Ms. Tom Lantos who loves to help Cambodian sufferers since the past decades.

My beloved phaown Ratha, you have done a marvelous job for our beloved country
Cambodia, you knew Mrs. Mu Sochua more than anybody else, you should discuss
this question with her and other good Khmers collectively.

You have to remember that she lived, she faced dangerously Hun Sen inside
Cambodia every day. So in crucial time like this you ought to unite with her
and with other Khmers faithfully, you should smartly assist her in every which
way as much as you can. I have no right to lecture you, but I remember Khmer
saying that if we are not united in the middle of the sea, then all of us will
be drowned and YUONS will swallow us completely soon.

You knew this special event was going to come on Thursday the 10th of
September, 2009 since last week and you just raised this question now. Please
brother I beg you to unite with other good Khmers over there now. We can sort
out our differences after this special occasion.

May all Mighty God bless all Khmers to unite in this special occasion.

May God protect Cambodia from YUON swallowing.

Regards,

Kulen Monorom
(the rice farmer's son)

Dear all Associated,

In the up comming of US-Congress Hearing on 10th September, 2009 at Tom Lantos
Committee for Human Rights, it was a result of two years lobbied by
Anti-Communist Group of Cambodians-Americans communities.

Since the 16th of commemorative of Paris Peace Agreement October 23, 1991-2007,
the multi-US based Cambodian organizations and association had been conducted
it national conference in Washington DC to remind the commemoration of Paris
Peace Agreement, looking for resolution to address Cambodia issue on human
rights vioation and appeal for international intervention.

The delegation leaded by Dr. Nicol Ung, Dr. Phan Buy Hak, Mr. Mong Heng and
others with assistance of Mr. Mike Benge a former POW during Vietnam war, this
delegation had met Ms. Tom Lantos first time at her office in Washington DC. We
provided more information and gave more evident that show that Hun Sen's
government is a DICTATORSHIP GOVERNMENT. We added that Phnom Penh government is
a HANOI BACKED UP REGIME (Government of Vietnames Puppet).

Ms. Tom Lantos had traveled to Cambodia visit Phnom Penh and Angkor city of
Siem Reap Province with her delegation from Congressnal Human Righs Committee.

Firstly on December 2007, she agreed to conduct a hearing for Khmer Krom nation
in hot case for Ven. Tim Sakhan and she promised to have hearing for Cambodia
central later. Since that time the lobby group and active organization based in
US always keep its action and built relationship with Tom Lantos Committee for
Human Rights and again and again to push for Congressnal Hearing on Human
Rights issue on Cambodia.

Since the begining of 2009 we sucessed and hopeful that witness from cambodia
will have opportunity to state in hearing as now on 10th September 2009.

BUT FOR NOW THE QUESTION IS THAT WILL THOSE WITNESS ESPECIAL Ms. MU SOCHUA,
DOES SHE DARE TO DECLARE THAT HUN SEN'S GOVERNMENT IS A VIETNAMES PUPPET AND
DICTATORSHIP OR NOT?

If she does not dare to state the word that "Phnom Penh Government is a
Vietnames Puppet and Dictatorship" then she and others two witness, is to
destroy of our two years lobbied result.
