In MU's case, can you explain to us why it is unfair what Mu was convicted on the countersuit by Hun Sen? As far as we know, Mu started the lawsuit with nothing to support her case. On the other hand, Hun Sen used Mu's speech and lawsuit to countersuit Mu. Please tell me where the injustice is. Does it mean that Mu has to win to have a justice? It is very clear that Mu went ahead with her lawsuit with WHAT SHE THOUGHT to be against her. Thinking of something is not good enough to suit anyone. You must be crazy to that. Mu did just that. On the other hand, Hun Sen used evidence from Mu to countersuit. It doesn't take a rocket science to think about this one. > The analysis finds that the judicial process was unfair, marked by inequality > before the law, seeing the intimidation of Mu Sochua’s lawyer that left her > without legal representation, and taking place in courts effectively > controlled by a party to the case, the Prime Minster and his Cambodian > People’s Party. Mu started it and went ahead with lawsuit. Hun Sen countersuit. The evidence is very clear. Mu had nothing to support her claim. No court on earth would give her the verdict. > Much of the Cambodian judicial system is broken. However, they took the challenge on Mu's case. She lost because she had nothing to back her claim. She was convicted on countersuit because she yapyapyap and went ahead with her cliamless lawsuit. it was her mistakes.. > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Cambodia Discussion (CAMDISC) - www.cambodia.org" group.
