Lawyers for former Khmer Rouge Brother No 2 Nuon Chea have appealed to United
Nations investigators to address allegations of political interference at
Cambodia’s war crimes tribunal.
In letters dated on Wednesday that were also forwarded to Prime Minister Hun
Sen, King Norodom Sihamoni and UN secretary general Ban Ki-moon, the lawyers
said all efforts thus far to address the issue of political interference within
the framework of the tribunal had been stymied.
The Vietnamese invasion of Cambodia 1978. On December 3, 1978, Radio Hanoi
announced the formation of the Kampuchean National United Front for National
Salvation (KNUFNS).Hanoi decided to remove the threat of the Khmer Rouge
permanently. The Vietnamese assembled 10 infantry divisions along the border,
and with strong armour and air support they entered Cambodian territory on
December 25, 1978.[42][43][citation needed] The Vietnamese Army was 200,000
strong and the KUFNS forces of approximately 300 members accompanied them.[
After a seventeen-day blitzkrieg, Phnom Penh fell to the advancing Vietnamese
on January 7, 1979. The retreating Armed Forces of Democratic Kampuchea (RAK)
and Khmer Rouge cadres burnt rice granaries, which, along with other causes,
provoked a severe famine all over Cambodia.

for the immediate withdrawal of all foreign troops from Cambodia.

1. despite the call from the US President Reagan to Vietnam to cease her
occupation of Cambodia since 1988.
2. because America, under President Clinton,( Anti Khmer race ,like Henry
Kissinger and his policy of bombing and invasion of Cambodia in 1970's) by
1995 and his group had reversed the Reagan adminstration 's compliance with the
10 UN resolutions.
CAMBODIA today remains OCCUPIED BY VIETNAM 1979-2010. why ?
Because of this act .

between the nations grew.
While Vietnam continues to occupy Cambodia as of today IN VIOLATION OF these 10
UN resolutions,
THE CLINTONS ARE BECOMING THE PARTNERS ,collaborators with THE VIETNAMESE
FORCES OF AGGRESSION OF CAMBODIA, AND ARE BECOMING BY NOW THE ANTI KHMER
PEOPLE, BY THESE ACTS
3. revealing that AMERICAN GOVERNMENT has no CONSISTENT FOREIGN POLICY, TOWARD
ANY COUNTRY AROUND THE WORD.
4. AMERICAN GOVERNMENT IS becoming BY THIS ACT , a partner with the Vietnamese
forces of aggression and occupation of Cambodia since 1979-2010 in violation of
the UN charter .
