SM.Khmers can sue anybody if they wish to as long they have a case to sue. Let me tell you that PhumSrol is located in Sisaket. This region Sisaket, Khoukhan, Mlue Prey and Tonle Ropov of the Mun River area were detached from Cambodia by a rebellion governor of Kompong Svay to Siam, this governor was a traitor his name is Decho Ming. The date of detaching this territories to Siam was 1814(Etienne Aymonier, Le Cambodge, page 178) during the reign of King Loetla Naphalai ( Rama II) of the Thai side, for the khmer side in that period the kingdom was totally chaos because of Siamese-Vietnam war located in Cambodia soil at the expenses of Khmer people. The Khmer kingdom at that time was under Viet's control during the reign of Emperor Gia Long, general Le van Duyet. The Vietnameses ordered thousand of Cambodian to dig two canals at that period, the canal of Vinh Te about 53Km stretching from Moat Chrouk to Peam another one Vinh An canal about 14 km ( Khmer History by Treung Ngea,p 147) at the same time about ten of thousand of khmer people were taken from Cambodia as slave to work in newly founded capital of Bangkok (Krung Thep Mahanokorn) to dig canal Thai called Khlong( History of Bangkok by Bangkok Post ). This is fact not a fiction, remember Yuon had their archives and Thai have theirs too. Khmer had nothing in the record, except a story telling from one generation to another in various pagodas, according to Moura and Leclere.
