I am a little confused here. For some reasons, people of Cambodia or atleast many Cambodians who are living overseas are saying that Vietnamese are killers, not Cambodians. If I put the history of Cambodia together, I see only one conclusion. Cambodians kill Cambodians in their own country with or without the help of other nations like Vietnam. Can anyone explain it why it is the Vietnamese who should be responsible for all of those killings?
Even when we don't want to look deep into the issue. We still see Cambodians killing Cambodians. How can you translate that to Vietnamese affair? Would you explain that please?
