Juin 1949, et du 27 Septembre 1949 (suite du 31 Janvier 1939) sous
le règne de Roi traitre de la Nation khmère NORODOM SIHANOUK,
sont des lois écrites en français par le gouvernent français, ne pouvant
pas être traduites correctement le sens des mots contenus dans ces
documents en autres langues étrangères. C'est pour cette raison que
ces deux documents sont authentiquement copiés à l'origine en Français.
