Cambodian behavior is very clear. They attack people when a discussion doesn't go their way. They would avoid the truth if it hurts their causes. Look at Sam Rainsy, a Cambodian leader. What has he been doing? You are right. He is criticizing others and only praise his own. It means that he is the only right person in his mind. This is a prime example of the Cambodian behavior. That's why we have seen Cambodians kill each others for power so they can corrupt and to practice their culture of impunity over no ones but their own people in their own country.
