Free expression permits us to write and say what we have seen in Cambodia today. There are multiple “royal life time immunity titles decree”, which could not be touched by any Cambodian law enforcement officers. If you touch them, you get in trouble, or simply get fired.
Royal decrees for life time immunity have been stipulating impunity and all kid of corruptions with multiple abuses on Phnom Penh streets, work places, sexual harassments, and sexual violence as well, in Cambodia today. We did hear car collisions on Phnom Penh’s streets, and certain drunken drivers didn’t care right or wrong, but pulled gun out with assault words to other sites in presence of police officers. But those police agents let them quickly go free without trying to find any evidence of road accidents, because they couldn’t touch them as they know they have “royal life time immunity”. If you touch them, you get in trouble with your job downgrade or simply get fired, if those assailants are Super-sub-king or Minor-sub king’s sons or daughters. We also hear young and beautiful girl singer actors have been gun down because they refused to obey order for meeting someone. Some were died, some are completely disable and we didn’t hear police could catch one of them for putting in jail until today. Why? The answer is that police and investigators couldn’t handle over “royal life time immunity decree”. There are also a great number of hidden “royal life times immunity” abuses on seizing building construction lands, plantation farms or farm lands, on Judicial, police, military, and administrative system all over Cambodia as this “king of king system” is still existed and hanging overhead Cambodia’s government and its people. They can do all of that, because they believe that 95% of Cambodian are deep superstitious under Buddhism label, or in other words, perplexity Buddha and Hinduism hybrid. How Cambodian Democracy could freely go through, as it’s should be, if this plague could not be healed? This is what we have found. We can uncover that some unpleasant information are longtime hidden behind our thought. It ‘s the strategy of King Father Norodom Sihanouk, after his several political maneuvering failures in 1992-93 for seizing power from Mr. Hun Sen, who has instead, at the end game, been successfully locking up all royal family members to a stand still. We have also found that, the king father has another covert plan, which has two-phase approaches. This royal title ruling makes them too joyful, then they are became unconscious of a secret establishment from them, as a Super-sub-king (Samdech) and Minor-sub-king (Ech-Odom, Chum-Teav and Ok-Nha), whom are intended for getting their support and protection back for the King, then they are themselves, in return, locked up in the royal circle for ever by the king Father’s tactic. First phase: 1- Samdech Hun Sen. 2- Samdech Chea Sim. 3- Samdech Heng Sam Rin. 4- Several dozen Ech-Odom. 5- Several hundred Ok-Nha and Chom-Teav. Please be informed that Super-sub-king and Minor-sub-kings clusters have been created for building a powerful human shield building block, which has, around the king Sihakmoni, as real authority for publicly echoing his protection. This is an old Khmer royal stratagem for the king to have additional power, if he is surrounded by powerful Super- sub-king cluster or in other words the king of kings system is the must for the Great king to keep power going. The first royal test performed by King Sihanouk was to give them one royal title “Samdech”, Ech-Odom, Chum-Teav and Ok-Nha for getting “royal life time immunity” as long as they are alive. Everybody can see that they are so happy to have them as they have been self- upgrading their behaviors, as title kings, toward surrounding crowds. We are seeing them demonstrating this calling “Samdech”, “Ech-Odom” and “Ok-Nha” to the general public. Later on, the second step has started proceeding for more exited royal titles. But later on, it’s come back through the so-called “Reachea bandith Saphear”for making them more valuable before the public and international. Second phase: 1----Samdech + Ac-keak-Mohasena Pac-dey Decho + Hun Sen. 2----Samdech + Thoir-ma-poh thea-sa-pac-dey+ Chea Sim. 3----Samdech + Po-nhea chac-krey + Heng Sam Rin. 4---Chumteav + Prith-thear Kat-teik Bandith + Bunary 5---Chumteav + Prith-thear Kat-teik Bandith + Men Sam An 6--Ech-Odom + Bandith Sopheacha + Sok An These Kind of supreme royal titles decrees have been inter-acting each other and slowly melting together (Melting together means their sons and daughters will get marriages) for forming a very powerful group that could be lasting, for a quite long time in prehistorically period, since Khmer people had believed for 1000 years that the king is a living God. But for nowadays, this could never be able to prolong for a long period of time, when people’s education, high-tech, internet, face book, twitter, FTA satellite TV, Cable TV and World order are in place. They are going to be in troubles with democracy and then hammered down for reform, or completely dismantled; they will then turn to normal and equal human being under the same law. This is what we can see through, from the King to their echoing glorious Super-sub- kings and thousand Minor-sub-kings. This maneuvering tactic measure is a continual recycling force, as long as the Kingship continues to exist in this country. But we understand that educated Cambodian can clearly see typical democracy principal is under a constant threat, for serving only their own top groups. This is vulnerable to Cambodian public, especially to youth with a more suppression and more free expression threat for every identical human life dignity, which is stipulated as all men are created equal, with freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, freedom of belief, freedom of choice, freedom of movement and freedom of receiving free information. A political motivation has been maneuvering to keep” their royal life time immunities” alive. Young Cambodian generations are uncertain to hear the same repeated resounding prehistorically glorious times, in which actual Kingship has been creating Khmer incomprehension language between Khmer heritage culture with today “Cambodian Khmer culture” for possibly faking Cambodian people to have a belief, that actual Cambodian have false impression of living in those past glorious days, so that this present Kingship regime could be superstitiously disguised as a living God. This shameless manipulation has shown that they are well aware that 95% of Cambodian are superstitious under a perplexed Buddhism label. But we still see that their shortcoming perception for realizing in the next 10 years, million and millions young Cambodian will be college graduates, from thousand schools and universities, which have been built all over Cambodia. These dishonest top leader groups including that royal clan are not smart enough to comprehend those high educations are introducing rational ANALYSIS, and then majority Cambodian could see them crooked and undemocratic. For now, they are so ambitious by lifting themselves and their family members higher and higher and blindly trying to teach Cambodian people so many times and time again to perform backward, rather than to the side of advancing world, because they are scared of loosing their “royal life time immunities”. This tactic is truly lacking a balanced order under million civilized human eyes around Cambodia and the globe as well. Therefore they always said that Khmer heritage culture from the past as dances, songs, music instruments are, without ashamed, our “actual Khmer culture” that is self-evaluated as higher than other, so that Cambodian should adore them and continue to perform them along with respect of the current Great King and his Super-Sub-Kings and Minor- Sub-kings, likewise prehistorically Khmer empire people had done. But now all Cambodian are aware that the whole Khmer Empire had been collapsed and fragmented into three different countries, with three different Khmer groups melted into three different nationals: Thai, Vietnam and Cambodia. 1-Cambodian Khmer (Khmer speaking Cambodian/hybrid) 2-Thai Khmer (Khmer Boriram, Khmer Surin, Khmer Bangkok,) 3-Vietnamese Khmer (Khmer Krom, Khmer Saigon) Unfortunately, Cambodian actors today have compellingly performed under the pressure of Surper-sub-king’s policy for showing Khmer identity through Khmer heritage culture. But one critical question has aroused as this: - Khmer identity of what Country? Or it’s Khmer identity for the whole three countries? Why? The answer is the identity for only Cambodian Khmer culture but it’s not for others as Khmer Surin or Khmer Krom It is really incorrect to say Khmer identity, because the country is Cambodia. It should be only Cambodian identity as only Cambodian flag with Cambodian of Khmer speaking language; others its elements must be left going free, through advancing modernity, for being able to catch up the changing World. Today a lot young Cambodian women are wearing sun glasses with dresses and short skirts, high heel shoes; men are with suites and ties with western style shoes, living in concrete and brick houses. Everyone eat food on the table with fork and spoon. We dance we listen moderns songs and music. We watch internet TV around the world, we know that you are doing the right things and also the wrong one as we can see you are afford of your time being for cheating and building your own dynasty. This hypocrisy is clear, that is showing they are afraid of a change, because they want to keep their privilege alive by using actual flaw Cambodian constitution with so many other ways to mislead educating Cambodian people for accepting and believing Khmer heritage culture illusion vs. the real updated Cambodian Khmer culture, which has been already seen and popping up all over Cambodia? We Neak-Kampuchea have completely lost our hope on CPP’s members for transforming Cambodia as a real democratic state for a bright future to all Cambodian, but instead they have been trapped in the King father Norodom Sihanook’s pocket. They are now becoming Sub-kings surrounded protection the Great king Sihakmoni. But we still persist believing that they could not be lasting longer against the changing world, so as Cambodian young generations are going to be done... Time is almost running out after 10 more years. We suggest that Cambodian king and his Super-sub-kings should be smart enough to have an urgent discussion with other prominent senior politicians along with advisories from UK or Norway for a know-how with a win-win strategy for maintaining power going on peacefully, if the kingship wants to survive one more century, because their own ideas are completely misunderstood the changing Cambodia. Cambodian should be urgently awaken together and need to claim: 1- People of Cambodia are Cambodian citizen. 2- Cambodia is from Cambodian for Cambodian. 3- State of Cambodia is separated from religion. 4- Religion is belonging solely to the people. 5-Cambodia needs good governance and the rule of law. Young Cambodian should wait for Word Bank’s “full hospice accomplishment works”, as more time is needed, for more education, especially English so that they could possibly research new knowledge through websites, around the world, they could learn with no restriction. Then, when the time will come, Cambodian themselves, no other, will create a movement for a big momentum for a change. Please stay quiet for the moment, but don’t forget to communicate this important cause of impunity, corruption and abuse tip to families and friends.
