Why not saving that $1 trillion until a Republican got elected. Then use that money to invade Cambodia just like Iraq : Hun Sen and Saddam Hus-Sen share the same name and Cambodia has WMD. That will make the big corporation that make war fares richer and create 1 trillion jobs making weapon. One stone, two birds.
