I think the manner that this toddler uses to suck this cow `s teat ,it is not due to starvation or hungy . It is possible The boy use to play with the animal and with time , they become sincerely friend ,so that why the cow allow him to suck as well . This affair has no thing that related to real problem that Khmer society is facing , it is just a strange gesture which the boy is doing such passion toward animal .
