The land in Cambodia is solely owned by Hun Sen and his cronies. Hun
Sen and his CPP are exclusively owned the country of Cambodia .He sell
and cede land to anybody at his discretion .The kingdom is not law
abiding state like the rest of the world.The CPP has the right to size
private property at any time if they see fit.They do not care you cry
or you fight if you dare you life will be terminated.Everybody paid a
full price for the piece of parcel of the land and granted full
ownership of that property.For ordinary Cambodian with no connection
to the ruling party, the deed will be conveyed is so called "Soft
deed" or Plang Toun not a Plang Ring.Most of the prime land is owned
by Hun Sen and his cronies and for the petroleum and gas are owned by
Sokimex, a subsidiary of Hanoi owned corporation. This is a real deal
of Cambodian Real Estate.Do foreign investors know who and who in the
kingdom ? of course they know.The CPP is credited with peace,
stability and prosperity, no other parties can do that for the country
whose past history was plaqued by war, killing, and famine that why
the CPP ruler is sitting longer than it predecessors .
