Let me put this way so you can understand it.
Cambodians have been worse than dogs. Do you know why I am saying
that?
Dogs are love pets in America. They don't go around and destroy the
live of the people.
In Cambodia, Cambodians kill each other for power so they can corrupt
and practice their culture of impunity. Do you know how sad it is that
you are trying to make Cambodia great?
The sad part of it is that you are trying to say how great Cambodia is
for some people and how sad it is for others. Another word is that you
are trying to tell the world that there two groups of people in
Cambodia, bad and good. Cambodians are bad people when they are not
agreeing with you. Only those people on your side are considered good.
It's even worse yet when you believe that those bad poeple are not
Cambodians.

I can prove to you that those people in your view are real Cambodians.
Hun Sen, Chea Sim, Heng Samrin and many others are all Cambodians.
Since they are not on your side, you are trying to portrait them as
Vietnamese.

My friend,
They are Cambodians. If your view is true, you are seeing the
destruction of Cambodia by your own people. Don't blame on Vietnamese.
I don't see any Vietnamese in the picture.
Then you are going to say that Vietnamese are behind those people.
Then you are talking.
If that is true, it's not the Vietnamese who are destroying Cambodia.
It is the Cambodians themselves.
I hope you understand this part.

By saying all of these things, we can look back to the original
message saying that dogs and cats in America are treated better than
Cambodians treat their own people in their own country.
