http://edition.cnn.com/video/#/video/world/2011/10/05/cfp-factory-slaves-rivers3.cnn?hpt=hp_c2 Dear All, I got this heartfelt story about modern times slavery of the Khmer teenages in Malaysia. I think Cambodian government must also stop sending our young teenagers who are supposed to be in school, colledges and university rather than working for a few dollars. In long term, it will surely hurt our country in terms economy and social problems. Look at Indonesia although they are overwhelmed of population but they don't allow their citizens to work as domestic labors in Malaysia. In Surin also, there are teenagers who works in ice factory, gas station although theirs working conditions are better than in Malaysia. Some workers get more than 200$ a month by working with the ice factory and they can send home like 4,000 baht a month. But, in long term, it isn't good for Cambodia's economy at all. We should do something, do we? Can CAMBODIA academias do somthing beside sharing information? What elese can we do for our motherland?
