Oh...the irony!!!!! Reagan spent more tax payers' money than all the presidents combined, from Washington to Carter. I'm pretty certain that you will not believe my statement. If you want to know the truth, you may want to consult the Congressional Research Office. Im pretty certain that you will not do it also.
