James, Thank you for the article. Let say I am pretending to be a democratic ideology believer for today Before the issues on your agenda can happen, Cambodian constitution need to get it done first. The Cambodian constitution is NOT democratic constitution and Cambodia is NOT democratic country either. Here’s what I would do based on my belief of Republic ideology Ø Scrap the constitution Ø Give power back to Cambodian people Ø Turn Cambodia to Capitalist Country Ø Separate Prime minister, judicial and parliament power. Ø Limit government power Ø Short out the Prime Minister branch’s power Ø Prime Minister can not be a member of the parliament Ø Prime Minister 2 term limit Ø Give judicial power to supreme judge Ø Honor military members Ø Seal border east and west Ø Form and enforce immigration law Ø Reform trade agreements ( limited any products import ) that Cambodia is producing
