Bonjour Saphon et Perom ! Cette technique de culture de riz existait depuis plusieurs années . Elle était expérimentée aux Philippines , Sri Lanka etc .... Le but est de minimiser la consommation d'eau . Normalement il faut 2000 tonnes d'eau pour 1t de riz . Pour la fabrication du compost à partir des pousses de bambou et Skar Thnot etc..... Pour être franc , je ne crois pas du tout . J'ai vu une publication kmère sur la culture des liserons d'eau ,on a conseillé de fabriquer des engrais à partir des intestins grêles du porc,skar THnot etc... Je n'ai jamais vu des choses pareilles dans des publications scientifiques.
