James, I think you are giving too much credit to Norodom Sihanouk...Sihanouk is trying to save his royal legacy in Cambodia...He doesn’t have a plan. Is he does in the past and present...Cambodia didn't get into CHAOS and the Viets is not going to be success like today in Cambodia…Losing Cambodia and her identity because of Norodom Sihanouk….then Pen Sovan and now Hun Sen….without three…Ho’s aggressive agenda wouldn’t advance.
