Lok Savun . I agreed with your chronology .In the past the country of
Cambodia like other countries was ruled in monolithic style which
means
an etymology of monarchy ruled by one person. When
Former monarch was the king and head of state, the kingdom of Cambodia
was his L'etat, c'est moi . It is true, King Mongkhut Rama IV rule
Thai's Empire during the 1860's told Anna Leonowens, this kingdom is
mine ecetera, ecetera..then come to his son King Chulalongkhorn who
had 92 wives and 77 children, the kingdom of Thailand became smaller
but escaping from colonialization of Europeans, the Thai kingdom was
his also. So there is no difference during the old time. Today is
different no leader is monolithic any more.
