Norodom Sihanouk lost 14 members of his family; it doesn’t that he can get a way from his responsibility for the Khmer Rough Regime, the crime that he committed. He generated more chaos than peace and more crime than any other Khmer leaders. Sihanouk is selfish man, everything about himself.
