Dear Perom,

Thanks.

I practice a bit of Tai Chi . There is any contradiction with the samadhi
and Vipassana in the Theravada to get rid of suffering from every day
life according to law of harmony of Body and mind .
Mind is chief of all connections whenever this one found out the greatness
or boundless of its ability to be everywhere within all and one nature
of the things .

Thanks and Happy for the best of All .

saphon
