Khmer Empire had been fragmented and changed. First Sanskrit/Khmer builders had been Hindu believers of Shiva God, from which its power had been coming down to the living God King as all his orders had then religiously been embedded in God’s orders. This was the true first Sanskrit/Khmer king power for exploring new unknown world, killing several thousand local indigenous resistant groups for capturing their lands, establishing Khmer Empire with thousand stone building Temples.
Providentially first Sanskrit/Khmer conquerors had always kept alive individuals who had surrendered to them, mostly women, children and young innocent girl minority persons of any different dialects they had been speaking with. There has then had social transformation proceeding to Sanskrit/Khmer Hindu culture through hundred years of peace time, during which Sanskrit/Khmer speaking and Hinduism belief education had been done to all local indigenous. This change had been developing in Khmer empire itself, through 500 years of peace time, in which, Buddhism has had silently been on the rise in North Western among Siamese indigenous group, through Mekong river bancs then went down stream for hundred years until the end of delta shore, and had slowly spread outward all over the entire empire amid all indigenous locals. During those 500 years internal stability, thousand and thousand powerful Hindu Sanskrit/Khmer warriors and Hindu Sanskrit/Khmer local ruler leaders alike had abused their power for raping Buddhist native women or girls any time they wanted as all male indigents had been killed. Then they had been creating Buddhist Khmer/Siamese/hybrid, Khmer/Viet/hybrid, and Khmer/Lao Hybrid children. Those new hybrid kids had been feeding and raising by their own Buddhist mothers, which had been spoken local dialects and Khmer. There had then been 20 or 30 years later on, million and million Buddhist multi-ethnic double/ hybrid children all the way through hundred years of tranquility, so on and on. All original Hindu Sanskrit/Khmer speaking had been old and sick, died and had continued to die everyday, then all had vanished away, leaving those million young descendent Khmer/multi-indigenous hybrid taken power transferred all over Khmer Empire. This had caused belief disruption of Shiva God that had been entrenched with the king of king. They had spoken two or three languages, Siamese/Khmer, Yuon/Khmer, and Lao/Khmer. Those Buddhist hybrid provincial Kings and their hybrid warriors had not respected any order from central Sanskrit/Khmer king authorities. They had their own strategy against old Khmer-Motto left from their Sanskrit/Khmer ancestors. This language change had been due to their indigenous mothers, which had been their own care takers. Old Khmer nationalist slogan movement had only been liable for ancient Sanskrit/Khmer kings and warriors, but several hundred years later, this same Khmer Motto movement had turned to be notorious killers on their hybrid bi-products they had themselves created. There had been revolt from Siamese/Khmer hybrid kings at the same time with Yuon/Khmer hybrid Kings in the South for claiming their independence. Civil wars had then broken out all over, and then the Khmer Empire had collapsed causing large disintegration parts, nominated as independent Siam, Laos and Kampuchea Krom (actual South- Vietnam), the rest of that has turned to be a small Cambodia today, in which 85% people are still Khmer speaking but they are also 90% diverse hybrid individuals, some speak Chinese, Vietnamese, Champ, and several other languages. Unfortunately this old Khmer Motto version is still proceeding without a reform for a new political platform with a real righteousness remedy to adapt the advancing social evolution. All prominent politicians are still using Khmer Motto from Khmer Empire for their own political grain, likewise Cambodian Government today is still doing everything for keeping the same Khmer standstill culture model, Khmer arts, Khmer costume, Khmer way of live, Khmer way of belief and Khmer way of language for flattering Khmer self- proclaimed Cambodian to boost Khmer nationalism sentiment designed for keeping high-classes for themselves, but for pour and low-class to continue bowing before them, speaking with special Khmer term with them as the way for locking down disadvantage people. This is a threat of free expressions, but only a temporary appearance strategy for political ambition serving this very ugly and shameful social stability in the face of world order. Please be in mind, that this horrible self-proclaimed highly valuable Khmer foundation culture and the so called wonder of Cambodia is the fact of Cambodian government political motivation for pushing Khmer ancient glory for lying unaware Cambodian farmers and new young Cambodian generation to be appreciated them as a mean of always respecting them as Super-sub-kings encircling the great king.. Cambodian government and all other well-known politicians, including the king, should be discussed with a wise perception together, so that the same thousand years old Khmer political Motto version could never be suitable for using on today social diverse hybrid/Cambodian citizens. Please note that, one real fact can shake up hardliner minds, as the following, there is a high profile personality evidence of social evolution example: We can say Norodom Sinanouk is a former Khmer king with Monique Sihanouk as Queen. But this Queen is Viet/Italian of none Khmer blood. King Norodom Sihakmoni is then Khmer/Viet/Italian double hybrid. He is Cambodian king in English is 100% right, in Khmer he is Moha- ksat Kampuchea, but not Moha-ksat Khmer as wrongly calling him in Khmer word today As Khmer Empire had been fragmented into Lao, Siam, South-Vietnam and Cambodia, in which its diverse people has been changed. Government should have courage to change along with them, so that everything is politically going smooth and correct. And Khmer separatist movements would then be disappeared. Good Cambodian government should understand and be encouraged consultations with outstanding advisers, domestic or foreigner as well, and start to do the right thing, and officially declaring that English word Cambodian does not mean in Khmer word Khmer/man, but instead Kampuchun or Chun-Kampuchea as Cambodia’s inhabitants, in a sense for none discrimination of birth origin or in other words of races. All Cambodian needs pragmatism now: 1-We the people of Cambodia are Cambodian citizens. 1-Cambodian government is from Cambodian for Cambodian. 3-The state is separated from religion. 4-King Sihakmoni is Mohaksat Kampuchea, but not Mohaksat Khmer. 5-Everything must be namely related to Kampuchea (Cambodia) 6-Cheat-Kampuchea, Sangkum Kampuchea, Chun-Kampuchea. All Cambodian leaders and famous politicians alike have already been recognizing Cambodian history in the present and in the recent past. First- what was the cause of Khmer empire to have had broken down. Second- What had caused Lon Nol’s regime to be collapsed. Third- What Khmer Rouge regime (Pol-Pot) had been toppled down so easily? The answer for those three consecutive past failures is the caused from one sole entity: “Khmer separatist Motto” left from Khmer empire fragmentation debris, which would provoke division among diverse Cambodia’s inhabitants, namely Cambodian in Khmer word “Chun- Kampuchea”, but it should be Kampuchun for more scholars. Political Khmer separatist Motto must stop now even we still speak Khmer, likewise American who speak English are not Englishman or Briton. Look! When one starts to call Cambodia’s inhabitant Khmer, Vietnamese, Chinese and other minority appear on the country stage, which is a real show of social division. When we call them Kampuchun or Chun- Kampuchea (Cambodian) national unity is instead coming up. Please be ware that national unity is based on fairness and equality for every nationality in the country, but not based on historic glory of one society that had already been disintegrated and disappeared. We have Cambodia now but not Khmer Empire or simply in others words Khmerland in the past. In 1969’s coup, Lon Nol’s soldiers have received a mistaken order to kill thousand Cambodian Vietnamese, which have been living in the country for generation all over the country. They have blood relation among millions Cambodian civilians existing amid thousands Khmer speaking hybrid soldiers, police officers and governments officials as well. This was a devil Government that has adopted Khmer-ultra- nationalism, leading to a general social defiant; at the end they had surrendered to KR in 1975. Pot-Pot’s came to power in 1975 with communism policy but also with Khmer-ultra-nationalism again, leading to a general people hatred minded, but momentarily obedient appearance due to their “simply killing” of thousand Cambodian anytime they wanted. November 1979, rumors have came to people that Pol-Pot’s government has lost control in eastern provinces to Vietnamese troupes and Phnom Penh has closed radio broadcasting because their government team has evacuated through rail transport to Western Cambodian/Thai border. All local KR village’s leaders in eastern, central and mid western, have panicked but hatred minded people trapped them and killed all of them, long before the arrival of Vietnamese military tanks and vehicles that have been moving only on national routes. Vietnamese invasion wasn’t it? Yes, but this invasion was very important to local Cambodian, which has been tyrannized under starvation, over worked with labor forced. As we have seen in every three historical periods of Khmer-ultra- nationalism failures in the name of Khmer culture foundation heritage self-evaluated as superior than others, will slowly be extinguished with no way to stop its, in the face of universal impact actually coming into Cambodia under new IT devices and ASEAN’s policy, World Bank programs, IMF, NGO and UN’s rules as well. Young Cambodian generation have mindset for willing to get something new through IT, as other nationals people around the world are routinely done. This is a natural human rights, that no one could stop its. Youngsters says yes Sir, or yes Madam, before hardliner advisers, but their mindsets always secretly lead them to something new, from the changing world though Education, TV, Internet, Google, face book, twitter, tourism and immigration. They read news, email and massage back and forth everything to each other and will probably become civilized and knowledgeable Cambodian citizen, aren’t they? When educated Cambodian youngsters turn back to see their own stagnated mother culture, they will feel too hard to understand and to accept; because holding the break on local culture not to advance as it should be for too long, will probably create a big gap between global changes. Please be understood that creating a big gap between local culture and universal change, will produce a complete dissolution of nationalism. Young Cambodian generation will slowly change then modify their minds for ever with no way to stop them by any mean except God. Look, this is what happening right now. Under the tremendous influence of World Bank and I M F, Cambodian Government needs to set a strong institutional infrastructure network for the country working with efficiency and also at the same time for replacing retired officials and a push for potential economic development. For accomplishing this entire task requirement, government needs urgent thousand new schools, hundred new universities with international curriculum standard and English. There are now younger college graduates each years coming up in the range of thousand and thousand and in millions in a few years ahead as the whole Cambodian young generations are flocking more and more for education. Those young and fresh Cambodian will probably change Cambodia to a full democratic state with no one could stop them. Please be in mind that all electronic devises such as TV, Cell phone, internet, optic cable, I phone, I pod, Google, satellite TV, GMS, and laser are coming to Cambodia.
