Seriously speaking, how do you know that5 millions YUON are illegal aliens? and 100,000 YUON Arm Force? How are you going to prove your case to the UN? I won't bet my life on it, but I believe that Hun Sen was not that stupid by not giving permant resident or citizenship to those viets. But, don't you worry. You have a big shot know-it-all royal lawyer in your mailing list to take your case to UN court. Granted that those 5 millions are illegal, how are you ging to put them in a refugee camp? By your REAL KHMER BROTHERS? or by UN? If you expect the UN to take this job, you better start planting your banana trees. In the 70's, Lon Nol government can achieve that with an incident(killingunarmed civilians). It wasn't a big catasrophy because the cold war was still going on.As result if that stupidity, the Sounth Vietnamese armed forces quickly move their troop to reach Phnom Penh as matter of days. But now? I don;t think in a milliom year that Hun Sen will do it. So, that will leave this Mission Impossible to your real khmer brothers. Do you recognize anyone among your real khmer brorhers that have the ability like Tom Cruise to lead this Mission Impossible? Maybe you can lead your real khmer brother to do a sequel of "Missisin Impossible 3 : Ghost Protocol" by naming it as "Mission Impossible IV : Khlaing Meurng Protocol?" The only potential country that might aid you is China, But at what cost? Less than 1 billion dollars owned to the US had not been paid yet and it has been almost 40 years by now. Billion of dollars(load and aid) are flowing into Cambodia. Hun Sen pockets some and so do Hanoi leaders. And who will end up paying those moneys? Had you ever heard a story about a khmer elementary school teacher who owned 1500 riels and never be able to pay it off? And the khmer peasants who pawned his farms for money? Anyway, it is unsual that Hanoi didn't make any move against Hun Sen after the last ASEAN meeting. It is obvious that there is confict of interest between Beijing and Hanoi(especially the Spratly islands) and Hun Sen is in the middle of it. I bet Hanoi is playing patience and awaiting to get US aid. Here is my small advice and take it with a grain of salt. If you or any khmer politician want help from international community, he/she should refrain from using racist term. The american had just lost face to Myanmar official because one of thie Obama administration referred their country as Burma in one of his speech. Myanmar official gave lecture to the US for referring his country as Burma.In your case, if you try to shoot at your ennemies, use something that your ennemy won't be able to grab it and shoot back at you.
