Winner gets benefits, and loser gets benefit. 1987, Sihanouk and Sen worked on power-sharing. Sihanouk and Sen are bosses of political theater. After Sihanouk's death, Monique becomes a leading factor. She is blessed by foreign powers and permitting to have a role in Cambodia. Probably, it is a payback to her involvement in 1960s. There is no democrat or republican allowed to enter politics in Cambodia. The system of blockade produces fake characters that are performing everyday in the name of democracy.
