The world already agree about election reform. They told Sam Rainy to go to the negotiation table. That was what started. And they should follow it. Sam Rainy thought the world would stand behind him all the way. He was wrong. He started with complaint of election irregularities and ended up with Hun Sen stepping down and many other thing. The world is not about to let Sam Rainy using them as such. That is why Sam Rainy had agreed to go back to the negotiation table.
